Patients with private medical insurance can access our services using their cover — please check for exclusions. We are accredited with Bupa and WPA. Self-pay patients fund the full cost of treatment.

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible care, we use advanced technology to assist in documenting consultations. With your permission, an AI engine listens to your conversation and generates a clinical summary, so your clinician can focus on your care rather than note-taking. No personal details are uploaded, the summary is checked by your clinician before being added to your record, and all other copies, recordings and transcripts are permanently deleted. We partner with Lexacom for this technology — and if you’d prefer not to use it, notes are typed in the usual way.
